When does my membership expire?
Your membership expires 12 months from the date of acceptance.
Can I cancel my membership?
At this point we are only offering memberships on an annual basis.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Your membership is exclusively for your use only and is non-transferrable.
How can I renew my membership?
You will be notified via email when you annual membership is up for renewal. If you do not wish to continue with your membership after the first year then you can cancel at this point.
How long does it take to process my membership application?
We aim to have a decision back to you within 48 hours of application submission.
What are the criteria for application?

What if I don’t meet the application criteria?
In the event that your application is unsuccessful, we will be in touch to discuss development areas and training/options in order that you can ensure any future applications are more likely to be accepted.
