FAQs for Hiring a VA

How does the client matching process work?

Finding a VA with us couldn’t be easier.  Aside from the initial exploratory phone call / job submission form, we do all the hard work for you.

  • STEP 1:  You can either complete our online job submission form or book a call to speak to us directly and we can complete the form with you.
  • STEP 2:  Following form submission, we will search within our vetted community for your best VA match.
  • STEP 3:  You will receive a link to pay our fee.
  • STEP 4:  Once payment is received, we will contact you with details of your match for review, before making an email introduction for you both to take things forward.
How long does it take to match me with a VA?

Once we receive your job submission/have spoken with you we will contact you within 72 hours with your VA match.

How much will I have to pay?

We charge an all-inclusive fee of £395 for job matching.

How many VA matches will I receive?

For each job submission you will receive one matched VA.

What happens if I don't agree with the VA match you send to me?

In the event that you don’t want to interview the VA we match with you, we will provide you with another VA match free of charge.  If you again don’t want to proceed to interview then we will seek feedback from you and in some circumstances offer a refund of your matching fee.

How much involvement does VIP VA have in the hiring process and ongoing relationship I have with my VA?

After an email introduction for the client and VA, we do not have any involvement in either the hiring process or ongoing relationship you may undertake.  We will contact you within the initial three month period to ensure all is going well with your VA and to gather feedback and a testimonial/star rating for your VA.

We are of course on hand to support you if required at any time.

I have interviewed my matched VA and want to go ahead. What now?

After you have interviewed your VA and made the decision to go ahead, you should liaise with them directly to ensure contracts and NDAs are set up and hours and fees are agreed. VIP VA do not get involved in this step at all and it’s important to note that we do not take any commission from our VA members fees.

What if the relationship with my VA doesn’t work out?

If for any reason you decide to terminate your relationship with your matched VA then VIP VA are not liable to return your matching fee nor any fees you have paid to your VA.    We would, however, welcome feedback from you as to why the relationship was not successful and in some circumstances may be able to offer an alternative VA match for you to consider.

What are your guarantees?

Our strict membership application criteria enables us to give you certain guarantees about your hired VA.  At the very least they will have submitted to us photo ID, proof of appropriate insurance and data protection registration, website and up to date social media profiles.  We also check whether they have appropriate contracts in place and that their client on-boarding process are sound.

All of our members agree to background checks and whilst we do not carry these out automatically, we will if you require us to do so for an additional fee.

From time to time we spot check our members skills so we can ensure that they are proficient in the skills and systems they are providing a service for.
