PRESS RELEASE: Charlotte Wibberley – founder of VIP VA – reaches Finals of National Business Awards
Earlier this month, Charlotte Wibberley earned herself a place in the final line-up of The Mpower National Business Awards, prestigious awards celebrating parents throughout the UK who manage the difficult task of juggling business with family life.
Charlotte Wibberley, a mother of two from Chelmsford, set up her business – VIP VA – in 2016, determined to champion and support the growing community of ‘Virtual Assistants’ and other freelance business professionals in the UK and internationally.
Charlotte has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Mpower Business Awards ‘Cheerleader’ Category – a category described as being for those who ‘possess a thoughtfulness and kindness that enables them to go the extra mile in supporting others.’
As well as being shortlisted for this category, Charlotte is also in with a chance of winning the title of ‘Mpower Woman of the Year 2018’, which will be awarded to the mum who is an inspiration to all women in business, and could walk away with a fantastic prize.
Having reached the finals of The Mpower National Business Awards, Charlotte said “I feel truly honoured to be shortlisted for such a great award! I set up VIP VA to raise the profile of professional Virtual Assistants and Digital Freelancers, and help them to establish successful and sustainable businesses through training, support and coaching, and am so pleased that our efforts to celebrate and elevate the industry are being recognised by the wider business community”

Judging Charlotte’s entry will be a panel of top parent entrepreneurs but she’ll have to wait until 23rd June, when the winners will be announced at The Mpower Gala, being held at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in London.
The Mpower Gala has been called ‘The Networking Party of the Year’ and is open to all entrepreneurs and business owners for an evening of networking, inspiration and celebration.
